What to do if you have any concerns?

As midwives, and private practitioners providing the surgical procedure “Frenulotomy”, we are registered with The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and Care Quality Commission (CQC).  We have Professional Medical Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance with Hiscox Insurance Company Limited.

We strive to provide the best possible service, and hope you leave your appointment satisfied with the service provided.  We aim to ensure you feel fully informed and involved in any decisions made.

However, if you have concerns about your care, please do not hesitate to contact us by email info@ttmy.co.uk.  Any concerns received in writing will be responded to within 21 days of receipt.
